
Whatever your goals and motivation (or lack there-of), there are ways to achieve those. I have followed Tim Ferriss Podcasts for a few years and always enjoy his tips to get things done, feel great about it. It is a very masculine approach but i think it makes a lot of sense.
Aside from his own personal systems, popularized by the “4-Hour work week”, the “4-Hour Body” or even the “4-Hour Chef”, he brings on speakers that are very inspiring journeys, are great at what they do and who share how they approach their pull to Success.
One of the most interesting piece is his approach of “Accelerated Learning” and his framework DISSS: Deconstruction,(silent I), Selection, Study, Stakes.
